Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

We know you're excited to get your goodies!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days after shipping.

Need it sooner for your big moment? ✨ We offer expedited shipping at checkout so you can get styled in a hurry!

Where do you ship?

We currently ship anywhere within the
continental United States as well as to select internationally.

How can I check my order status?

Easy peasy. Just follow the link in your
confirmation email to track your order on its journey from us to your doorstep.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $200

Order Changes & Delivery Issues

I just placed my order—can I cancel or make changes?

We totally get it—sometimes you change your mind! If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email yet, we may still
be able to cancel your order. Just reach out as soon as possible.

Please note:

Custom items cannot be canceled or changed once the order is placed.

For all other orders, we kindly ask that any changes be requested within one hour of placing your order, since we begin processing right away to get your goodies to you fast!

I got a delivery notification, but I can’t find my order—what now?

Don’t panic—this happens sometimes!
Occasionally, tracking gets updated a bit early, or your package may have been
delivered to a neighbor, mailroom, leasing office, or another common area
(especially in apartment communities or PO box setups).

Here’s what to do:

Double-check around your property and with anyone who might receive packages for you.

Give it 2–3 days—packages often show up shortly after a delivery scan.

Returns & Store Credit

Can I return my item?

We hope you adore everything you purchase from Live Like Gigi, but we get it—sometimes things just don’t work out.

Online purchases are eligible for store
credit only if returned within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns outside
of this window will not be accepted.

Please note:

Items in the Sale category are FINAL SALE.

All Flash Sale events (like Pink Friday,
Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and End of Year Sales) are FINAL SALE.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Final Sale items (cannot be returned or
credited):

Jewelry

Hair accessories

Bodysuits

Graphic Tees

Swimwear

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on bodysuits, leggings, swimwear, and similar items. If you
accidentally send one of these back, you will need to purchase a $5 reshipment
to have it returned to you.

Don’t forget to include your packing slip
with your return!

What about my return?

Great question! Be sure to hang on to your
return tracking number—that’s your golden ticket to keeping tabs on your
package. 🎟️📦

Returns can take up to 2 weeks to make
their way back to our warehouse. Once they arrive, we’ll process your return
within 3–5 business days and send your store credit your way!

What does it mean to put my name on the email notification for an item?

It means you're calling dibs—kind of. 😉

When you add your name to the email
notification list, you’ll get a heads-up the moment that item is back in stock.
